TIAA India has appointed Ashish Kumar as the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition responsible for spearheading the talent acquisition strategy, partnering with the global enterprise to drive better synergy and lead on campus strategy & execution.  Ashish will additionally focus on change management & partnership with HR operations and manage executive search for leadership positions.
 
Ashish brings more than 18+ years of work experience across diverse domains. Earlier, he was associated with organizations such as Marsh McLennan Global Services, Barclays Technology Center India, JP Morgan Chase, Hewitt Associates and Dataquest Management Consultants. Prior to joining TIAA India, Ashish spent the last 7+ years with Marsh McLennan Global Services in Mumbai as their Head of Talent Acquisition supported by a team of 26 recruiters across 3 locations.
 
Ashish is a proficient recruitment leader strongly committed and recognized for data-based decision making, embedding inclusion & diversity and maintaining pulse of recruitment trends. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Ecommerce from IP university, Delhi. On the personal front, Ashish enjoys learning about new technologies, financial markets and likes gardening too. He is also an ardent sports enthusiast and loves playing different sports like cricket, badminton, tennis etc.
