Nipun Sabharwal, Absolute®, Business Head will lead Protected Cultivation, Precision Farming vertical for the company. With over 25 years of experience in the Protected Cultivation industry, Nipun was among the first few entrepreneurs to explore the greenhouse business vertical in India. He incorporated a greenhouse products and solution-providing company in 1997. Before joining Absolute®, he worked with Top Greenhouses Ltd, a pioneering name in the global Greenhouse Industry, as CEO of the company’s India subsidiary. In capacity, to the same assignment, he played a pivotal role in incorporating Mahindra Top Greenhouses Pvt Ltd, a joint venture company between Top Greenhouses Ltd, Israel, and Mahindra & Mahindra group from India, where he headed JVCO as the CEO from 2018 - Aug 2022. Sabharwal brings with him core acumen in business development and the promotion of new products and services in the agriculture and greenhouse industries.

Nitika Chhabra, Absolute®, Head of Legal will lead the legal department and enable the company to streamline legal and compliance operations and processes. Before joining Absolute®, Nitika was a Senior Legal Counsel at Tesla India. Nitika comes with over 14 years of experience and was also awarded 40 under 40 Rising Star by Legal Era in the year 2021. She brings with her significant global experience in APAC operations in various areas like corporate setup, market entry, regulatory requirements, contracts, real estate and licensing and general commercial matters. Before joining Tesla, she was with top-tier law firms in India where
Nitika held multifaceted leadership roles, involving client responsibility and interaction, team management, knowledge management and external representation.

Aditi Nehra, Absolute®, Head of Human Resources will lead the HR function for all our group companies. Aditi has over 20 years of experience in strategic business partnership, building people and organizational capability, talent management, engagement, talent acquisition, and organization development. Before joining Absolute®, she was leading Talent Partnering for Airbnb’s Global Capability Center in India. She has strong functional experience working with brands like Intertek, Sistema Shyam Teleservices, and Heidrick & Struggles KMC in her previous assignments.
