Incentive Solutions, a U.S.-based global leader in the channel marketing industry, announced Omid Reza Sedaghatian has joined the company as its Chief Product Officer. Mr. Sedaghatian brings more than 17 years of experience in product design and strategy for data-focused companies to his new position.
Prior to joining Incentive Solutions, Mr. Sedaghatian served as VP of Product at People Pattern, where he was responsible for product roadmap development and go-to-market strategy, led the client engagement team and played a major role in machine learning and predictive data analytics initiatives. His previous positions include Senior Product Manager at Dun & Bradstreet’s Spark Lab; Product Manager for the Cloud Platform at Actian; and Product Marketing Manager as well as Senior Sales Engineer at Pervasive Software.

Omid Reza Sedaghatian holds a BS in Software Engineering from McGill University as well as certifications in Pragmatic Product Management & Marketing and Human Centered Design. He is also currently involved in furthering his Data Science expertise at HarvardX.
