The three-season series of short films follows and recounts the stories of startup founders at every stage of funding, including Mandy Price, co-founder and CEO of Kanarys. Mandy is featured in the first season among a diverse group of incredible individuals, which includes Stephen Cluskey, CEO and founder of Mobility Mojo; Dileep Thazhmon, CEO and co-founder of Jeeves; and Suneeram Madhani, CEO and co-founder of Stax.
The Kanarys episode debuted today, and in it, Mandy opens up about her personal journey and shares the mission and vision of Kanarys, along with how the company is transforming DEI in the workplace using data.

Quote from Mandy: "Starting out in my career, I never imagined I would be an entrepreneur, but I'm extremely thankful that I made that leap to co-found my company, Kanarys. Like many founders, I've gone through many ups and downs building my business, but I always remember our vision - to create workplaces where everyone belongs. I'm grateful to HubSpot for Startups and LinkedIn for giving me the opportunity to share my story, and I hope that it'll inspire other entrepreneurs to not lose sight of their mission when things get tough. Eventually, you'll reach a turning point and see your impact become a reality.
For background, Kanarys is a technology company focused on providing the tools organizations need to create long-term systemic change around diversity, equity, and inclusion challenges. Working alongside mid-size enterprises and Fortune 500 companies, Kanarys transforms DEI work with data by providing the framework, benchmarking, and data companies need to incorporate best-in-class DEI into every area of the organization. Like a canary in the coal mine, Kanarys helps organizations ensure healthy and inclusive work environments by revealing DEI blindspots before they become a problem.
Earlier this year, Kanarys announced that HubSpot invested in its platform through HubSpot Venture, while Kanarys will help HubSpot's 135,000 customers improve DEI in their workplaces. Using Kanarys' DEI Maturity Quiz, HubSpot customers will be able to analyze and access best practices for critical DEI components, revealing where they are on their DEI journey and identifying ways they can grow their DEI strategy for long-term success.
