Please Elaborate (PE) has released its first ebook, ‘How to Talk to People.’ The book aims to help people facilitate conversations around difficult topics and create more dynamic conversations around the things that matter. The resource is an introductory crash course in conversation training and conflict resolution. Designed with executives in mind, this book can be read quickly and put into practice immediately, so leaders can have better communication, fast.

‘How to Talk to People’ is a workbook designed to guide readers through a series of exercises and lessons to help them become more accustomed to taking on uncomfortable conversations and becoming both better listeners and responders. This book is designed for HR departments, executive leaders and those in leadership positions aiming to have better conversations and communications around difficult topics and find better ways to achieve conflict resolution.
