An alumnus of IIT (BHU) Varanasi, IIT Kanpur and IIM Bangalore, Dr. Joshi has in the past trained, assessed and mentored senior management at companies such as BHEL, EIL, LG Electronics, Ranbaxy, Alle Technologies, Godrej & Boyce, Fidelity, Jindal Stainless, NSPCL, Hero Motocorp, Adani Group, etc. as well as guided and advised several young and dynamic startups.
Dr. Joshi chose to give up his post of Managing Director, Syncata India in 2005 to train and groom youngsters to bridge the unemployability gap and enhance the quality of higher education, co-founding Career Plan North India (later to become The Winning Mantra). Over the last 17 years, he and his team have counselled, trained, assessed and mentored over 30000 youth of India.
