    one of the critical issue that the organizations face it is how to manage the performance. Traditionally, many of the organizations think that the performance management is only evaluate the staff’s performance (performance appraisal). However, the performance management is con­tin­u­ous process of the improvement and the performance appraisal part of that process.
    The key point here that if the organizations consider the performance management process like the quality management process, they will have clear idea about the performance management.  
    Performance Management process start from planning. Historically, many of the organizations planned to implement this stage in one year but now, the new practice tend­ed to achieve the objectives on three months. Moreover, the objectives should be defined well through set a clear KPIs which is aligned to the personal development and to the Organizations Goals. These KPIs should be SMARTR and it can contribute on achieving organization goals. The KPIs can be extract from personal development, Job descriptions& Departmental objectives. The Second stage is Act. which ensure to achieve these KPIs. Immediate supervisor need to check­ their staff achievement KPIs reg­u­lar­ly by giving effec­tive feed­back and using coaching , monitoring skills . This to help them to over­come chal­lenges and iden­ti­fy opportunities. if this process did not track periodically and it is kept until the end, it will be too late to achieve the KPIS which will lead to not achieve the Organizational Goals and this is the third stage which is tracking. The Final stage, Reviewing the KPIs achievements which will be as result for staff appraisal achievements and personal development achievements and Organization Goals achievements. At the end the feedback should be giving to concern staff (staff, director, top management) for the decision making and continues improvement.
