    One of the most difficulty issues at the organization is how to create a second line (succession plan) for the directors as the indictors showed that there is a gap between the directors and the second line of the staff. This gaps lead weakness in organization & lose the competency's staff. It is necessary to the organization to keep those staff by Managing the staff’s Talent & Competencies. Empowerment, involvement and enrichment with the responsibilities will help to retain them and will create a second line.
