    Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) today shared an update on the company’s Technology group, which is focused on delivering the data, insights and technology providers and suppliers need to thrive in healthcare’s value-based future. GHX’s commitment to advancing innovation includes significant investments in people and technology to simplify the patient-centered business of healthcare to improve outcomes.

    Technology Organization Continues to Grow, Diversify
    Between June 2021 and June 2022, the GHX Technology organization grew by approximately 12 percent in the U.S. with plans to grow by an additional 21 percent by year end. GHX puts a premium on providing meaningful career growth opportunities and has already promoted 42 individuals in the U.S. Technology group in 2022.
    Thirty-seven percent of the U.S. Technology organization is ethnically diverse, and 21 percent identify as female. The Technology organization is guided by diverse leaders such as:
    • Thien La, Chief Information Security Officer, whose experience includes senior roles at brands including Humana, Wellmark BCBS, Bank of America and Goldman Sachs
    • Priyank Johri, Senior Vice President of Software Engineering, who joined GHX following roles at Healthgrades and Verizon
    • Juhi Jaiswal, Vice President of Software Engineering, and 2021 recipient of Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s "Women in Supply Chain" award
    • Eli Lorez, Executive Director of Global Infrastructure Services, an 18+ year GHX technology veteran

    GHX’s Advanced Technology Accelerates Shift to the Cloud
    Data management remains the leading challenge for healthcare providers moving to the cloud. To help providers accelerate their cloud migration with trusted data, GHX leverages advanced technologies including human in the loop machine learning (HITL ML) – a process of leveraging the power of the machine in combination with human intelligence to create machine learning-based AI models.
