Gallagher, a global leader in insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting services, recently announced Pat Romain as the new National Career Transition Practice Leader of Gallagher’s Benefits & HR Consulting Division in Canada.
Romain will play an integral role in building and managing the Career Management team and expanding client relationships across Canada. She will also be responsible for promoting the values that have made Gallagher a leader in the Canadian benefits, HR, compensation and talent management industries.
Pat launched her training coach and consultant career more than 12 years ago. Most recently she served as National Career Management Practice and Operations lead for Canada with a global outplacement agency. In that role, she supported thousands of outplaced employees in various industries.
