Plaintiff engaged in protected activity by complaining to Defendant of these alleged improper safety measures. Defendant allegedly jeopardized public safety and worker safety for the best interest of Defendant itself. As a direct result of these allegations, Defendant allegedly retaliated against Plaintiff by terminating her employment.
