Adecco, a leading global workforce provider has appointed Jayita Roy as Director – HR, India with effect from 1 st July 2022. In this role, Jayita will lead the HR function to support company’s objectives and be responsible for talent optimization and organizational culture. She will report directly to the Chairman and Managing Director - Mr. Vidya Sagar Gannamani.
With more than 18 years of diverse experience in international markets, Jayita specializes in leading large-scale organizational transformation and change initiatives across various sectors such as engineering, pharmaceuticals, mining and manufacturing.
