    Sourcing Talent in 2022
    Raul Dinzey
It seems that every business that I enter is displaying a “We Are Hiring” sign. This is encouraging to me because there are opportunities available for those who want to work. On the other side of the equation is a short staffed team, perhaps a frustrated manager seeking to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators(KPI). My question to my fellow Sourcing professionals is: Which sourcing strategies are giving you the best consistent results?
Approximately once a week, I am contacted via email, or on LinkedIn. I am grateful to be considered and respond in a kind response. I am curious about other people on hex. Please let me know your current experience regarding sourcing talent.
