    How will you carry workplace inclusivity beyond Pride Month?

    Although this is officially Pride Month, the conversation really needs to continue year-round. However, it does serve as a good reminder to make inclusivity a priority in your workplace. Inclusivity of ALL employees, regardless of how they identify themselves, is critically important to an organization’s success. There is no doubt that people who feel safe, respected, valued, and encouraged are more likely to be more engaged and perform their work more effectively.
