    We published a study on employee perspectives with The Harris Poll last week, which found:

    • Nearly 3 in 4 say they could do their manager’s job
    • Yet, 3 in 5 say their company fills leadership roles with external candidates
    • More than 3 in 4 say they would probably get a better raise if they left their company for another job, anyway
