ReshaMandi, India's first and largest digital ecosystem for natural fibre supply chain starting from farm to retail, today announced that product management expert and tech industry pacesetter, Manajit Rath has joined the team as Chief Product Officer. In his new role, Manajit will lead the company’s Product Management, Design, and Analytics departments. He has deep expertise in design practices, marketplace businesses, and e-commerce infrastructure, all of which will power ReshaMandi’s growth.
 
With over two decades of experience in this ever-evolving global product market, Manajit will help realise the group's vision of driving powerful tech-product innovations. In his previous stint, he has held various key positions including, Chief Product Officer, VP - Products and Solutions, and Associate Director - Business Operation at SureWaves MediaTech, wherein Manajit has played a pivotal role in evangelizing concepts into successful market-oriented tech products. He has 6 patents under his title and has successfully created a network of local cable channels, aggregating over 500+ MSOs pan India. With his leadership and deep understanding of new product development, strategy and creation of new markets, Manajit has successfully delivered various Products and Platforms for the mediatech industry.

Manajit’s team will comprise Srinivas Doijode, Director of products (B2B) and Vishveshwar Patil, Director of products (Farms), as the company prepares for a surge in growth and to expand its strategic partnerships and alliances.  Srinivas is a veteran in greenfield product development, product evangelism and adoption. In his previous role at Soroco, he led product enablement for Soroco' flagship, industry-defining product. Furthermore, Vishveshwar Patil comes with over 11 years of experience in building startups and driving revenues with performance management at its core.
