According to our recent Employee Health and Well-being research report, the Covid-19 pandemic has had a dramatic impact on work over the past couple of years. Most HR professionals agree that it has significantly reduced employee well-being (and likely yours as well). Employee well-being is increasingly linked with employee experience, which is another more expansive concept that has grown in importance in recent years. These experiences are believed to impact a range of other business outcomes including recruitment, retention, engagement, performance, and productivity.
