    Talent Management framework
    Nicolas Repellin
Hi everyone, I am an Internal auditor with an HR background (10+ years, mostly in talent acquisition). I will soon be auditing my company's Talent Management activities. The scope is still unclear whether focusing on Talent acquisition, Talent Management... I tried to look for a known Talent Management framework/standard that could be applied to my organization (Financial sector, 4,000 people, 10+ countries mostly Europe based). Anything you would recommend as the ultimate standard on the market? Thanks already a lot for your help! Nicolas
