    With the current state of the employment market, companies are doing whatever they can to attract great candidates to their organizations. I am evaluating my companies PTO benefit and wanted to see what some other organizations are doing to help their team members balance their work and personal lives?
    Our current program:
    Initial: 10 days
    >3 years: 15 days
    >5 years: 20 days
