Credgenics, a unique debt resolution platform on the mission to resolve the NPA crisis has expanded its leadership team.
Sanchit Dayal
, who was an Investment analyst with
WestBridge Capital,
a leading PE firm, has joined as the new Chief of Staff. Yash Dabriwal who was with
McKinsey India
is on board as Head of Growth and Strategic Initiatives to drive growth strategies, digital transformation, organizational design and customer journeys.
Ramashis Biswas
, who has scaled HR teams at high-growth organizations like 91springboard & Shuttl besides leading Compensation and BPR at Haier & TPG Wholesale, is the Head of HR & Admin.
Ashish Mittal
, who has deep experience in customer lifecycle journey with Adobe, Sprinklr, and Moser Baer is onboard as Head of Customer Success.
Credgenics works across the financial services space, managing Rs.580 crore loan books for 6 large Indian banks and 40+ NBFCs. During the pandemic, it signed ICICI and HDFC, the largest of India’s private banks. Average time & cost of collection rates reduced from 68 to 42 days and from 22% to 14% respectively. The collected amount increased from 74% to 83%.
