    With nearly 4 million people quitting their jobs in April alone, it’s evident that companies that do not address the new needs of a fundamentally changed workforce may not thrive amidst, what is being called the Great Resignation. How can companies prepare for this shift? Will investing in employee development help organizations in retaining their best people?
