    Don't forget to eat your lunch and make some trouble. The most successful business leaders, sports figures, and the greatest salespeople know this. In fact, these people have a ton of lunch boxes tucked away in their closets for when they need a little pick me up on those days when everything seems to be going wrong. It's amazing how much energy can be generated from a little trouble in the kitchen.
    If you are one of those people who can't seem to get anything done during the day, it may be because you have forgotten to eat your lunch. Sometimes all we think about when we get up is, "I should really get something going here, or I will be late." And we get so busy trying to get things done that we don't stop to think about what we are actually eating while we are trying to get things done. We often forget to eat.
    But Eating Before You Go To Work Is Just
    As important as any other aspect of business. Your company depends on you eating right. When you go to work each morning, whether you get a small plate of cereal with fruit or a large plate of pasta with meat, it all rests on your ability to get the proper nutrients before you leave the house for work. You need to have the right balance of healthy foods like cereal, fruit, eggs, and vegetables.
    Don't forget to eat your lunch. You may be tempted by temptations like a box of ice cream, or candy bar, but those don't count.
    What Counts Are The Healthy Meals You Have After Work?
    Have a protein-filled sandwich or wrap with vegetables and an egg. A salad can be a great alternative to fries or hamburgers. And don't forget to drink a glass of water instead of getting soda or juice.
    If you are a morning person, don't get up at six in the morning and start drinking coffee or tea. That will keep you from being able to focus on the things you need to get done. Try instead to get up 15 minutes earlier and do something light, like exercise or playing with your kids. Do some light exercise if you can. The sun can be good for your skin.
    Don't forget to eat your lunch and make some trouble. Eat your lunch in a reasonable amount of time, and get up 15 minutes earlier. These simple changes will help you manage your day properly.
