Gallagher, a global leader in insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting services, announced today the appointment of Mike Bacchus as the Western Region; Sarah Beech as the Central Region; and Nathalie Francisci as the Eastern Region leaders in Canada.
The regional structure and leadership will allow Gallagher to better invest the resources required to address the unique needs of clients in every province of the country.
In their new roles, Bacchus, Beech and Francisci will be responsible for leading the overall strategy, operations, growth, and client service activities for the benefits and HR consulting division of Gallagher within their respective regions. Gallagher has experienced transformational growth over the past several years expanding reach and service offerings through its holistic benefits, HR and talent management consulting approach focused on organizational wellbeing.
Bacchus most recently served as CEO of Optimum Talent, which was acquired by Gallagher in 2020. Beech joined the Gallagher team as part of the Accompass, Inc. acquisition in 2018, where she was President. Most recently, Beech was the Area President of Gallagher’s Toronto and Markham branches as well as the Compensation Consulting Practice. Nathalie Francisci was most recently Senior Vice President, Talent Management Services for Optimum Talent, joining the team in March of 2021.
