    Most job choice studies indicates that an individual’s perception of the company’s attractiveness is important. People want to work where their expectations are positive and where they believe their goal can be achieved. Candidates will be determining if the recruiting and interview process were consistent with the culture that was promoted as the “Employee Brand”. If the candidate sees that the culture or “brand” is still a good fit with his or her image, the chances of a successful hire increase.

    - Candidate engagement is the process of building personal 1 to 1 relationship between your recruiters & your candidates.

    - Start this by mapping out their talent journey. Regardless of where they begins their journey with you, their journey will have 2 stages: Awareness, Consideration and Conversion.


    Awareness
    - Through which way they knows about your job position.
    - Provide stories to them from candidates you have already worked with to build trust.

    Consideration
    - Define way through which your team engages with interested candidates.
    - knows who is qualified or not, many stages are there in the interview process.
    - tries to make each candidates experience positive and convenient with your company.

    Conversion
    - Think about the emotional journey candidates are going on as they enter each stage of your process.
    - Through which ways you get qualified and engaged candidates to the offer stage as fast as possible.


    Technology
    - Decide the tools & AI you will use to support your process.
    - Fix the sort of recruiting automation you will be using to engage your candidates.
