Every organization needs well-adjusted, trained and experienced people to perform its activities. As jobs in today’s dynamic organizations have become more complex, the importance of employee education has increased.
Employee training is a learning experience: it seeks a relatively permanent change in employee to improve job performance. Thus, training involves teaching new skills, knowledge, attitudes, and/or behaviour.
Employee development, on the other hand, generally focuses on future jobs in the organization. As your job and career progress, you’ll need new skills and abilities.
