The CXR Foundation today announced the addition of three new members to its board of directors. This brings the total number of board members to eight and increases its capacity to move forward on some of its key initiatives. As new board member Carmen Hudson notes, "I'm excited to roll up my
sleeves and get to work on helping the industry address issues that help talent professionals and that help increase diversity among practitioners and leaders."

The CXR Foundation currently has active projects designed to help talent acquisition professionals find new work opportunities, a rising mentorship program, and a new research project focused on issues around systemic bias.
