Condorsay, co-founded by James Barnes, helps teams align, identify priorities, and make better decisions
NEW YORK - Some employees, especially millennials, are dreading a return to the office after over a year of work-from-anywhere policies. Successful navigation through a company’s office reopening means understanding where each employee is coming from - and making sure they feel heard. Employers are now facing questions like should they require masks in the office? What about proof of vaccination? Should they implement new flexible remote work policies?
New startup Condorsay provides managers and teams with a forced-choice survey tool to align on and prioritize the most important issues across their workplace. The company’s product forces teams to take surveys choosing between two options and later ranks choices to spark discussion and show alignment. Users can easily design surveys or use pre-built templates and distribute them to their entire team. The company has built specific templates for COVID reopening questions, which are currently free to use.
Condorsay was founded this spring by Andrew Beasley, Dan Frankowski, and former Facebook product manager James Barnes, who after building a successful team at a political startup during the 2020 election, was seeking a new focus in helping teams succeed. Barnes hopes that the new company’s tools will help businesses large and small reach decisions on complex, high-stakes decisions without fear or judgment.
