With pandemic continuing to impact business operations, Betterplace’s all-in-one lifecycle management platform will enable enterprises to track and mitigate covid risks among its employee base.
The new feature enables employers to create employee tags for statuses such as Covid positive/negative, symptomatic, temperature readings, home or institutional quarantine, Hospitalisation status, vaccination status, and co-morbidities update. The tag can be modified by either the HR personnel or the employee. After the tags are assigned, employees can track them and update their status on a chatbot. These tags will also enable organizations to help employees by tracking employee requirements for oxygen, hospital beds or ICU. All these features will also help enterprises to track their employee wellbeing & plan the vaccination drives for them

This new feature ensures smooth tracking and data collection of not just employees within an organization but also their family, relatives, and friends.
