    It’s a no-brainer that a diverse team helps a company to achieve the long-term objective, improve the company culture, get better results making the company grow. Recruiters play a major role in improving workplace diversity and in most companies, they are being asked to improve workplace diversity. Why is workplace diversity so important?     2. Hiring diverse candidates will be a priority

    A recruiter needs to take leverage of AI to help them to automate the time-consuming and also tedious process which is to screen the resumes. And automated resume screening is the right way to increase diversity by replacing manual shortlisting.
