Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, has two opportunities for Human Resources professionals: a Human Resource Generalist and a Recruitment & Classification Manager.    
The Human Resources Generalist provides support to management, employees and retirees of the College by coordinating a variety of programs and services in support of the Office of Human Resources. The HR Generalist supports daily entry and maintenance of the College's HRIS.

The Recruitment & Classification Manager leads the process of creation, classification and compensation and all aspects of the hiring process for professional staff positions at Franklin & Marshall College.
