Course objectives
- Practice basic concepts on gender and diversity responsiveness in development cooperation
- Assess organisations on gender equality
- Apply the main concepts of theory of change and results chain in development interventions and judge the level of gender responsiveness at relevant stages of the programme
- Distinguish gender issues in the different phases of the life cycle of a project or programme; in identification, formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
- Apply at least 5 analytical tools supportive to achieve inclusive and equal development programming
- Decide on what to apply in their own job situation
