Randstad Sourceright regional president, North America, Sue Marcus will be a featured speaker at HR Technology Conference & Expo 2020, a free, interactive virtual event held online from October 27 – 30. HR Tech, the human resources industry’s largest independent conference, focuses on driving HR success through technology and aims to provide businesses with insights to optimize their usage of HR IT systems to meet organizational talent needs. The 2020 virtual conference will include access to nearly 55 hours of impactful keynotes and sessions. 
 
Marcus will be leading a Tech Talk on Tuesday, October 27, discussing the findings of Randstad Sourceright’s newly released Talent Trends Quarterly: COVID-19 Surveillance Report. The COVID-19 Surveillance Report surveyed C-suite and human capital leaders across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, between July 30 and September 1, 2020 about their response to the pandemic. Marcus will discuss how the pandemic has transformed the employee experience and how businesses will need to pivot to attract and retain talent in a post-COVID economy alongside Jim Powers, director of strategy & operations, people experience, at Cisco.
