    I've been involved in developing staff in my former career as a Head Teacher of schools in the UK and then as I ran teams in the multinational corporate world.

    I realized very quickly in my careers that no matter how skilled a person was it was their habits and behaviors that made them more, or less, valuable to the organization.

    Armed with this simple idea I worked with academics to develop a "behavior framework" for serving teachers.  We tested the ideas through the good fortune to know a senior official in Egypt and over 4 years we managed to get 850,000 teachers to use a simple app and cloud platform to start thinking about how they taught rather than just what they taught.

    We have used that experience and our team's experience in business to develop behavior frameworks for customer care, leadership and so on.

    We recognize that remote working is a big thing for some people so we have written a free app called PERFORM that remote workers can download to their phones and use the framework as a checklist when working from home.

    We hope to stimulate some thought through the framework, such as when on a video call do you look out for how your co-workers are holding up?  Are you making sure you have a chat about life, not just work? and are you being as flexible to meet the demands others have at home.
