New Position is Tied to Strategic Growth Plan for the Region

FirstService Residential, the leading residential property management company in North America, announced a new business development role for its New England market and tapped top business development director – Ken Martin – for the role. Martin previously served as the business development director in the company’s MidAtlantic market, providing property management services in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. and Virginia areas.

Martin started with FirstService Residential in 2016. Prior to joining the company, he spent time in the investment management and mortgage lending industries.

Martin will continue reporting to Raymond Tate, vice president of sales, and will work closely with Bryan Hughes, president, Massachusetts, as well as the operations team to accomplish aggressive goals to grow the portfolio in the market.
