Seasoned Industry Executives Will Oversee Accounts in Texas/Oklahoma and Northern California

NB Private Capital, LLC, a nationally recognized real estate firm specializing in student housing, has engaged Access Capital Group, LLC, to become a part of their capital distribution team. With this newly engaged partnership brings two experienced veterans, Robert Brennan as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for the Texas/Oklahoma region, and Patrick Lam as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for Northern California. According to an announcement by Jason Kjellson, National Sales Manager for NBPC, both individuals will be responsible for the development and growth of new business within the broker dealer and RIA community as well as servicing its existing partnerships within their respective territories.

Prior to joining NB Private Capital, Brennan held similar roles at Griffin Capital, CR Capital, MetLife Investors and Great West Annuities. During his career spanning more than 25 years in the industry, Brennan has raised more than two billion dollars in capital markets. He has a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas and currently holds a Series 7 securities license.

With a background of 16-plus years in capital markets, Lam has worked in senior executive positions at Griffin Capital, MetLife Investors, AIG Sun America and Nationwide Annuities. He brings to the firm a wealth of experience in fundraising and fund structuring and has raised over $1.2 billion. He has a BS in Management Science of Economics from The University of California, San Diego and has a Series 7 securities license.

Adding, “Both Robert and Patrick bring to the team a wealth of experience in product development, fund structuring and capital investments.”

In their respective roles at Access Capital Group, Lam serves as the National Sales Manager and Brennan as Senior Vice President. Access Capital Group is a distribution company that focuses on wholesaling Reg D products to the Broker Dealer and RIA channel.
