Under the new law, Illinois employers must provide annual training on preventing sexual harassment to employees and supervisors.

“As Illinois organizations prepare to comply with new sexual harassment training requirements, they have an opportunity to take a more modern approach to preventing this pervasive problem,” said Mike Pallatta, Traliant’s CEO and Co-Founder. “With our new Illinois Edition, employers can feel confident they are providing an engaging training experience that complies with the law, and helps create a safe, positive workplace.”

The Illinois Edition is available in separate versions for employees and managers. Topics are presented in a series of bite-sized episodes, featuring realistic video scenarios and a variety of interactions to raise awareness of sexual harassment and other workplace misconduct, and promote respectful, inclusive behavior.
