Continuing its commitment to providing a holistic and innovative approach to health and wellness in the workplace, Allstate Insurance Company of Canada has been awarded the GoodLife Health & Wellness Leadership Award for the third consecutive year.
Allstate Canada has also been recognized with GoodLife’s distinguished Gold Award – which is extended to Canadian organizations that have been honoured as past GoodLife Health and Wellness Leadership Award recipients; specifically to companies whose health and wellness strategy continues to raise the bar in the areas of leadership, innovation, culture and vision.
“It’s truly an honour for our health and wellness program to be recognized for a 3rd consecutive year by GoodLife,” says Adrianne Sullivan-Campeau, Vice President, People, Culture and Communications, Allstate Insurance Company of Canada. “Having a formal program enables us to create a healthy and safe work environment which is a key component of our employee offering. We recognize that in order to bring your best self to work each day, you need to be supported in all aspects of life and we want to make sure we continue to foster a healthy and safe workplace for our employees.”
Allstate Canada’s Healthy Workplace strategy is an integral part of its overall strategic framework, which includes an emphasis on health and lifestyle best practices including physical, nutritional, mental and financial wellness, a focus on its physical environment and occupational health and safety, as well as fostering a positive, supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
