    Training Courses Licensing and Presentation

    Good afternoon  I trust that you are well.  My name is Michael Pyers ,  I am the Owner and Principal of Total HR and Employee Relations and I am an Australian Citizen.   I have between 20 - 30 years training and  development experience and my resume is attached.   I am giving you the opportunity to buy the  rights under license,   ,  to both current and future  course content developed by Total HR and Employee Relations for a 12 month period.  Note that the current number of courses developed  is 25  and they are for convenience listed below.   Essential HR Issues and Materials

    5) Team Building and Employee Engagement  -    If your team is functioning well your bottom line is functioning well and employee engagement is integral to to proper HR and business function.   This course gives you a good background on both 
    6 ) Conflict Resolution  -   Conflict at the workplace, if not handled correctly, can be costly, time consuming and embarrassing from the reputational standpoint.  This course sets out the principles of conflict resolution and the all important win -win outcome 
    7) Performance Management and KPI's   -  It  is important  to monitor workplace performance, set goals and identify training needs .    This course provides the necessary tools to do that 


    8) Communication Skills  -   This course covers verbal and non verbal communication skills as well as the all important listening skills 
    9) Counselling Discipline Issues -   The world of work has undoubtedly become more complicated and the importance of proper process and procedural fairness cannot be underestimated.  Participating in this course will give you the skills to build a process which is both fair and defendable in courts and tribunals

    11) Interview Skills   -   Recruitment has become more complex for both candidates and recruiters and this course covers things from both sides of the table .   This course would benefit jobseekers 
    12) Global HR Management  -  We live in a globalised world and all those involved in the HR process need to know how to properly manage in that context 




    OTHER SERIES
    13) Guide to Employment in the GCC Series 6 presentations  -  This is a series of presentations on all of the countries of the GCC which gives you information about the GCC Country,   the basics of the Labor Law and information about mobilisation.   These presentations are ideal for jobseekers coming to  a GCC Country to work for the first time,  those transferring between GCC countries as well as a tool to assist in the on-boarding process.     14) GCC Labor Law Series 6 presentations  -   This is  a series of presentations covering the basics of the Labor Law of the GCC countries.   Essential information for all HR practitioners 


    Duration of Courses   -  These courses will go for one days duration 
     
    LONGER COURSES
    15) 2 Day Strategic HR Course   -  A 2 day program for those who wish to take a higher level view of HR .  Certain modules can be can be delivered as individual courses also 




    COSTINGS   


    1)  Licensing  -    Total HR and Employee Relations will give you, an exclusive right to utilise these courses , and any future courses that  for a 12 month period.   The cost of these licenses is $100 USD per course and gives you  the right to brand these courses as your own




    2)   Presenting -  I would also welcome the opportunity to work with you presenting these and other courses as well .  My usual rate is 600 USD per day
