    How AI is helping in Getting the Best Talent 

    Due to the evolution of information technology, the human resources function and processes have undergone a lot of changes in the last two decades. Now, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is playing a major role in how companies are managing their workforce and making HR systems that are increasing productivity and employee engagement at workplace.

    According to the Deloitte Human Capital Trends report, 38 percent of companies use AI, and 62 percent expect to do so by the end of this year. Let’s look at some of the ways in which AI can be used in hiring the best talent and contribute to the growth of the company.

    AI Chatbot technology
    A prospective candidate likes to have some basic information about the company like locations, hours/days of operation, company benefits, etc. Though much of this information is available on company websites, it is always appreciated if someone could answer these questions directly. However it is not possible to have a dedicated recruiter online just to this. This is where AI Chatbot technology can help.
    It makes life easier for the prospective candidate and the company can also ask questions like “Do you have 3 years of experience in online marketing” or “Are you open to relocation?” to get the right candidate for the right position. This 2-way communication helps both the organization and the potential candidates.

    AI is better and more accurate
    Apart from promoting accurate data, AI also helps in making better decisions in terms of hiring. While in an interview process taken by a human recruiter, certain questions can be skipped. Or the recruiter may forget to ask it or form may be incompletely filled, AI won’t skip these. Consistent and accurate data helps to take more informed decisions that mean better talent coming into organizations.
