Kara Hayft joins Twin City Fan Companies as the New Vice President of Human Resources

Minneapolis, MN– (June 13, 2019) – Twin City Fan Companies, an industrial and commercial fan manufacturer, announces today that Kara Hayft has joined the company as Vice President of Human Resources. Hayft brings more than 20 years of experience leading the overall suite Human Resource strategies for United States and Canadian business units. Her previous leadership roles at Thomson Reuters and General Mills make her uniquely qualified to play a key role in achieving the company’s long term growth goals. Kara has a passion for aligning talent and culture to the business strategy to help build a great work place culture. She enjoys collaborating across teams and building strong partnerships at every level in the organization to help support business growth. Kara holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Concordia College, and a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
