GOintegro’s 2018 Employer Branding Report highlights HR strategies, initiatives and most common trends used by Latin American companies to strengthen their employer brand.
BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA (PRWEB) MARCH 29, 2019
GOintegro, Latin America’s leading Employee Experience Platform, released it’s 2018 Employer Branding Research Report, an annual Latin American study to provide today's organizations with insights and benchmarks throughout the region to help improve their Employer Branding strategy and initiatives. More than 1,300 Human Resources professionals were surveyed, that represent large and small companies with presence in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay.
The study reveals that, given the greater propensity of employees to change jobs faster than before and the growing pressure to adapt to their expectations, Latin American HR managers have not hesitated to prioritize Employer Branding to retain the best talent.
“Latin American organizations have understood that without a memorable and easy to identify Employee Value Proposition, it’s difficult to differentiate themselves to enhance the attraction and retention of top talent, a clear sign of maturity in the market,” said Germán Dyzenchauz, CEO & Co-founder at GOintegro.
The 2018 GOintegro research report highlights the growth and relevance of having a strong brand for companies in the region, concluding that the big challenge surrounding Employer Branding in Latin America is the need to evolve towards more transformative strategies and actions, aimed at a clear purpose and driven by innovation.
“It’s an exciting time to be in HR. There is no doubt that the function is changing and will look decidedly different in the future. HR leaders must seize the opportunity that technology provides us in order to innovate and create attractive actions and strategies that attract and retain the best talents,” said Germán Dyzenchauz, CEO & Co-founder at GOintegro
