Best Western Hotels & Resorts® Launches Holistic Total Talent Program With Allegis Global Solutions

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), a leading provider of global talent acquisition and workforce solutions, launched a Total Talent solution with Best Western Hotels & Resorts® on March 4, 2019. The innovative solution includes Sigma (AGS’s mid-market MSP solution), recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), Aerotek to serve as the Vendor on Premise (VoP) for all call center business and TEK Systems managing all Statement of Work (SOW) business. And on the same day, Best Western went live with a new applicant tracking system (ATS) — AGS partner SmartRecruiters — to improve candidate experience for future employees of Best Western.
AGS has locations across the globe, but the RPO client partnership with Best Western is local and hands-on with an onsite team who understand the local marketplace and a support team located in Tempe.
