    Overview on Conflict Management
    The term conflict defines different opinions, views or interests that contradict between two people leading to controversial quarrels. Conflicts can arise in different forms at different time and places especially verbal ones depending upon the situation. It’s intangible. They are a part of our daily working lives. Once a fight begins; it carries on leading on to further arguments or even physical violence. Scenarios like rash driving of other people, not feeling well, unwanted tasks which are not a part of the domain end up falling into arguments creating a bad mood throughout the day. This is because of the mindset and perceptions which lies in the person’s mind.
    Most conflicts are observed between employees and management in the business because of the diversity in labor, processes and communication gap. Squealing, shouting loud or avoiding complete interaction with the outer world all are signs. Quick judgments are made on the basis of the personalities and values. Some tend to spread tensions on purpose but it’s on the individual to avoid such things. When needs and wants are not satisfied as per the expectations, it creates frustrations causing conflicts. 
    Miscommunication and misunderstandings are also some reasons.
    It is not necessary that conflict always turns out to be negative. If handled properly it can be produce positive results. There is a saying, “All five fingers are not the same”. It can be done through polite discussions, resolving disagreements and coming to a common point, adopting anger management approach, helping others with their work and creating a collaborative environment. It’s all about how to deal with the circumstances. 
    Create a healthy atmosphere. Use proper words rather than being harsh to clear and make yourself understood. Try to listen to others completely first. Pass on the message directly to the other person rather than the third person to avoid negativity. Friendly culture must be built.

    By managing these barriers, one can overcome these disruptions. It is a win-win condition on both the ends. There is a recognition in the society, workplace and family.
