The Partners Group Contract Staffing and Document Review Line Rebranded as Legalpeople

LegalPartners, LLC, the holding company for leading legal placement and staffing businesses Legalpeople, The Partners Group and Engage announced today that beginning January, 2019 it is rebranding The Partners Group contract legal staffing and document review business as Legalpeople to create continuity across the entity’s service lines.

Legalpeople and The Partners Group merged in 2013 to form a company uniquely positioned to handle the entire spectrum of legal workforce placement, including document review, substantive contract attorney staffing and direct hire, for top law firms and corporate legal departments nationally. Until now, company offices maintained their respective pre-merger brand names, including operating as The Partners Group throughout the Southeast.

The company has experienced rapid growth, and was named in 2018 to Inc. Magazine’s 37th annual “Inc. 5000”, the prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. “As we’ve grown in scale and capacity, we increasingly find ourselves working with multi-city clients and staffing large projects divided among multiple locations across the country,” said Atlanta-based Co-CEO David Gruskin, who along with Jim Kosciolek in Chicago serves on the two-person company leadership team. “Streamlining to one brand for our contract work nationally makes sense and will enhance the experience for clients, project attorneys and our internal team.” In a letter sent to clients, Gruskin advised that “our corporate structure remains exactly the same, and you can continue to rely on the same excellent team.”
The Partners Group-branded unit will continue to focus on permanent placement and niche-expertise secondment. The Partners Group’s national practice serves law firms (associates, partners, group acquisitions and firm mergers) and corporate law departments (at all levels including General Counsel placements).

LegalPartners has offices in Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Dallas, San Francisco, New York, Charlotte and Washington, D.C., as well as Legalpeople Project Centers in Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas and Atlanta. A Washington, D.C. Project Center is scheduled to open later this year.
