Jobvite (www.jobvite.com), the industry leader in best-of-breed recruiting software, today announced two technology-based award wins from the Brandon Hall Group’s 2018 Excellence in Technology Awards gold category honors. Awarded for its recruiting and candidate management software, these accolades highlight Jobvite’s continued success in developing a full-cycle, candidate-centric recruiting software platform that helps companies engage candidates with meaningful experiences from first look to first day.
Jobvite is the recipient of gold category honors for “Best Advance in Candidate Experience Management Technology” and “Best Advance in Recruitment Marketing Technology” for its revolutionary Continuous Candidate Engagement (CCE) model and Conversational Recruiting approach to candidate engagement, which marks the next wave in talent acquisition innovation.
“I’m incredibly proud of the Jobvite team and their tireless development of innovative new approaches to help our customers find, engage and hire the best talent,” said Robert Tsao, Jobvite Chief Product Officer. “We believe candidate-centric recruiting models and technology mark the future of talent acquisition, and we’re honored to receive this validation from the experts at Brandon Hall.”
The Brandon Hall Group is the leading independent Human Capital Management research and analyst firm, and its Excellence in Technology Awards honor software solution providers revolutionizing the talent acquisition and management spaces. In this 25th year of the awards program, Brandon Hall received thousands of submissions across 51 distinct categories. Winners were selected from a panel of veteran talent acquisition industry experts and Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives.
“We’re proud to honor the innovators,” said Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer of Brandon Hall Group and head of the awards program. “As human capital management continues to evolve, the creativity of the award winners is breathtaking. Organizations of all sizes showed that creativity and technology can create new and better work experiences for businesses and their employees.”
In addition to the gold awards this year, Jobvite has previously won Brandon Hall Excellence in Technology Awards for its applicant tracking system and recruitment marketing technology in 2013 and 2014. Earlier this year, the company also received a silver Stevie Award for Innovation in Customer Service for its Jobvite Usage Index (JUI) and Contextualized Help, which track platform efficiency and help customers easily find necessary information. Just last month, Jobvite announced the installation of its new Jobvite Marketplace, making it easier than ever for customers to integrate Jobvite Partners into their recruiting platforms. As the company looks ahead to 2019, its plans for growth and innovation will remain focused on helping talent acquisition leaders stand out from the crowd with a candidate-centric recruiting model.
