From transactional engagement where it is all about the work to tranformational fulfillment where we focus on how we treat ourselves and others as we do the work. From knowing what to do at work and how to do it. As compared to why do I do what I do at work.
It is difference between hitting a single and a home run. Engagement gets you on base but fulfillment will take you all the way home.
