OakLeaf Partner Holdings have teamed up to keep the spirit of National Boss’s Day (Oct. 16) going all month long! The Ultimate Boss Contest gives employees with great bosses the chance to recognize them, have some fun and win some loot.
The companies joined forces because they share a passion for creating positive cultures and engaging employees in their own unique ways:

The celebration started on National Boss’s Day (Oct. 16) and nominations will be accepted through 11:59 p.m. (PST), Oct. 30. The winner will be announced Oct. 31.
To nominate a boss, participants can post photos and videos that include descriptions of why their boss is THE Ultimate Boss on their Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook pages or on Ximble's landing blog page with the tag: #UltimateBossContest.
Participants can keep an eye on the sponsors’ social media sites (@Ximble, @SnackNationOfficial and @OakLeafPartnerHoldings) for opportunities to engage in fun activities, compare their boss to different emojis , and much much more.
THE Ultimate Boss receives a unique special recognition plaque and the nominator receives a $100 Amazon gift card. The Ultimate Boss’s company receives a one-year subscription to the Ximble app; and their team receives a 150-snack gift box from SnackNation and a catered lunch from OakLeaf Partner Holdings.
