    Employee Hotlines was created specifically to support Human Resource Managers with streamlining their absentee management processes. Employee Hotlines' signature service is a 24/7 employee call-off line, also known as an attendance hotline. Human Resource managers and shift supervisors have come to rely heavily on this service because it assists them in reducing work stoppage, improving business operations and ensuring accurate employee documentation. This is of particular value for businesses that have a large employee population and/or a union based workforce such as trade industries, manufacturers, warehousing, trucking, etc.

    An employee reporting hotline is a dedicated telephone number that employees can call to report their absence, tardy or provide an FMLA update. A professionally certified call agent will answer and gather specific information then dispatch the message to the appropriate shift supervisor/department — in real-time. Employee Hotlines' proprietary advanced call center technology allows its call agents to document the telephone number the employee called from, record, time/date stamp and provide a confirmation code to the employee.

    Employee Hotlines offers other confidential hotline services including harassment, employee relations, ethics and compliance, whistle-blower and many more.
