Dan Kittleson Joins FNBT as Executive Vice President Chief Financial Officer
David McCoy, President of First National Bank and Trust Company (FNBT) is pleased to announce that Dan Kittleson has joined the company as Executive Vice President (EVP) Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
In this role, Kittleson will be responsible for the overall financial management of the bank, aligning financial goals and reporting with the bank’s strategic plan, assuring safe and sound risk management practices, leading the bank’s asset-liability committee, process improvements, and communicating financial results to every team member at First National. He joins FNBT with more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry, most recently serving as EVP and CFO of Oak Bank in Fitchburg, Wisconsin for 17 years. Prior to that, he worked as CFO for a start-up bank in Appleton, Wisconsin.

A 1992 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Kittleson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with double majors in accounting and finance. He went on to graduate from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005.
Kittleson resides in Stoughton, Wisconsin with his wife, Jerri, and daughter, Stephanie, who is a senior at Stoughton High School. He has been heavily involved with various civic organizations in the Stoughton area including economic development, the redevelopment authority, and various committees. Currently, he serves on the police and fire commission. As part of the bank’s executive management team, Kittleson will participate in the overall management of the bank and will be based at the bank’s Operations Center located at 601 Third Street, Suite 300 in Beloit, Wisconsin.
