    The First 100 Days: A 5-Step Plan for Tackling a New Role in Employee Engagement



    Whether you’re just starting out on your new engagement role, or you could use a refresher, Reward Gateway’s Head of Global Engagement and Internal Communications, Catrin Lewis, will walk you through a 5-step plan for tackling employee engagement. In this post, Cat recounts her own experience after being 100 days in and gives helpful tips on actions to take in your own organization.

    For example, let’s say you’re a global company, which means your strategy might include visiting different offices around the world to get a feel for a particular office’s culture, roadblocks or successes they're experiencing. Another way to gain insight into what’s working and what’s not is to survey your people and be a constant resource for them.
